Background and expertise

The team of Trilobes has a long track record in the food process engineering industry as well in the construction of large (stainless) steel systems. For the last 25 years they have applied their expertise in developing novel storage and transport systems for the liquid food industry, working for majors players in the juice industry. Trilobes has executed projects on all continents and therefore has the expertise to built under different circumstances, whether it is in Brazil, Belgium or Japan.

Trilobes has a leading position in “bulk” logistical systems for liquid foods (or anything perishable). We have delivered a large number of “port-ship-port” solutions, building (port) terminals of 1.000 – 30.000 Mtons as well as ship cargo systems of similar size.

Trilobes has developed specific expertise in:

process, electrical and IT engineering, automation of plants
management of large and complex technical projects
design and construction of (stainless) steel tanks from 250 – 2000 m³, utilising leading expertise in applying high grades of stainless steel in static (land) and dynamic (ship) conditions, thus cutting back in weight and cost
Trilobes has extensive expertise in complying with international standards, for ships (Lloyds Register, DNV, Veritas, GL, others) as well as for tank building on land (Euronorm 14015, PGS 30, American Petroleum Institute, others)
